Hey there! My name is Sarah (she/her), and I'm a counseling intern here at Psychobabble Therapy and Wellness. 

I believe that healing happens through connection with ourselves and others, self exploration and understanding, and feeling genuinely seen. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate and collaborative space where client feel safe to explore their experiences without judgement and at a pace that feels right for them. 

I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and respect for each person’s unique story. I primarily draw from person centered principles while integrating mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral approaches to meet each clients individual needs. I believe therapy is not about “fixing”, but about helping the client reconnect with their strengths, develop insight, and feel empowered to create meaningful change. 

I have a special interest in supporting women through life's many transitions, including identity, relationships, motherhood, self-esteem, anxiety, and the emotional challenges that can accompany different stages of life. Prior to pursuing clinical counseling, I worked with women through holistic body centered wellness practices. That experience deepened my appreciation for the connection between emotional wellbeing, the nervous system, and the body, and continues to support my compassionate, whole person perspective while remaining grounded in ethical and informed counseling.

Whether someone is navigating stress, relationship difficulties, anxiety, life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of themselves, my goal is to help clients feel supported, empowered, and understood. I am honored to walk alongside individuals as they discover their resilience, strengthen their coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
